“The ‘mini’ Mac OS X will be used. In terms of software, our sources indicate that Apple is leaning towards using the same “mini” version of Mac OS X used in the upcoming iPhone. We believe this will be particularly important as it has a much smaller footprint and runs with as little as 4 GB of space.”

I hope it doesn’t really run a gimped OS X
thats not true…they dont have the technology to establish such a small working mac. What they did was photoshop an iPod ” as you can see, the iPod to Mac usb port is clearly apparent” and it is pecisely the size of an iPod Video 60 or 80 gigabytes. The keyboard is assembled by a resized white mac-book. They also clearly took a screen-shot of a macs main screen and cut off the language, airport, and bluetooth on the finder. Completely fake, but thumbs-up on the photoshoping, looks great! ; )
