MacBooks Get a Speed Boost
The popular MacBook line received a speed boost this morning from Apple Computers. The notebooks are now available with Intel Core 2 Duo processors at 2.0 to 2.16GHz.
In addition to the speed boost, hard drives are now available starting at 80GB (previously 60GB), a default of 1GB of RAM, and the SuperDrive has been upgraded to 4x DVD-RW DL write speeds.
Just as before, models are offered in black and white, with a 13.3″ widescreen display and an Airport card support 802.11a/b/g/draft-n.
